Inclusion and what it means for deaf education:
- effective practice in the educational, linguistic and audiological aspects of inclusive education covering teaching, language and communication approaches including sign language, implants and hearing aids and acoustics
- socio-emotional aspects of deaf children and young people and their hearing peers in different school settings
- organizational structures and how these different organizations can work together for all the children’s good including the implications for initial training and continuing professional development
